Selected Natural Dried Mushroom
Dried mushrooms used by Tung Bao Tong are produced from natural wood, rich in protein, amino acids, minerals and multi-vitamins. The mushrooms have a strong mushroom flavor and thick. They are suitable for stewed dishes.
Tips for handling before cook:
Wash and soak the dried mushroom in water, remove the water. Then mix it with sugar, flour and oil, wait for 10 to 20 minutes to marinate, then rinse to remove the wood smell.
